Skills and Performance Dimensions /
Education:
Extensive industry experience with a technical degree from an
accredited two-year college or university in engineering, computer
science or a related discipline is preferred. Further undergraduate
study or additional technical certifications and coursework is highly
beneficial. Professional certifications including Nortel Networks
Certified Support Expert or Design Expert (NNCSE/NNCDE), Cisco
Certified Networking Professional or Design Professional (CCNP/CCDP),
and/or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and/or Professional plus
Internet (MCSE or MCP+I), or similar training/certification is highly
desired.

Qualifications /
Experience Required:
The following attributes are mandatory:
- Breadth and depth of understanding of system requirements for
Windows 2000, Domain management and Active Directory in an Internet
Data Center environment
- Ability to be credible in customer presentations on these topics.
- The sense of urgency essential in an entrepreneurial group.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal groups,
customers and third party suppliers.
- Ability to plan and prioritize activities and work in a fast
changing environment.
- Initiative, results oriented, with a focus on getting things done.
The following experience is sought:
- 3+ years technology experience in system administration.
- Experience in Windows NT, experience with Windows 2000 highly
desirable.
- MCSE or MCSE + I certifications highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb new product information
rapidly, and understand where it fits, it's strengths and shortcomings.

Ihr Profil:
Kreativität, Selbstbewusstsein, Sie haben ein Auge für Grafisches,
Erfahrung mit HTML, ASP, DHTML, Java-Script, Photoshop, Microsoft
FrontPage2000 , allfällige erste Erfahrung mit XML, Macromedia Flash,
oder NT.
Gerne arbeiten Sie sich in neue Technologien und Bereiche ein, um neue
Möglichkeiten für Konzeption und Umsetzung auszuloten.
